Apricus Marketing is delighted to support Derby County Community Trust as a Trust Partner
Derby County Community Trust is the charitable arm of Derby County Football Club. It uses the power of the club to improve lives and communities through sport, physical activity, health and education.
The Trust runs many programmes that benefit people across our county, whether that be sports coaching within schools, degree programmes, helping young people to be independent, wellbeing programmes supporting mental and physical health, disability coaching sessions, community engagement, and supporting families with the cost of living crisis.
During the pandemic, and the subsequent turmoil that surrounded the administration of Derby County Football Club, the importance of the work of the Trust in connecting club and community had never been more prevalent, with the demands on the Trust continuing to increase.
We believe in the powerful impact of sport and physical activity on many aspects of our lives including our overall education and wellbeing, whether that be personally or in the world of work, and therefore have pledged that Apricus Marketing will offer:
- In Kind support – Providing Day in the Life presentations and Mentor Me opportunities within the Education and Employability department to support learners.
- Fundraising – Taking on an exciting challenge event and fundraising for the Trust
- Monthly donation into the Trust to support their cause.
