Strategic planning and project management of the launch of their latest online safety technology product, Cyacomb Safety.
Phase 1 included development of a comprehensive communications plan targeting key user groups, compiling the value proposition and devising a tactical launch plan.
Phase 2 included content writing of press releases, key messages and email marketing campaigns, coordinating a team of 5 external marketers to help fulfil the plan, including the execution of online launch events, email marketing campaigns, press coverage and compilation of a white paper.
